Delicato Family Wines Hiring for HR Coordinator at Manteca, CA  Full Time

Under general supervision, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support, coordination, and project assistance to the HR team. In addition, the HR Coordinator supports key processes for the Learning and Development and/or Talent Acquisition teams. This position reports to an HR Director & Business Partner.

• Assists with the coordination, communication, and delivery of HR functions, new hire onboarding, and employee activities such as badge administration, I-9 compliance, staff meetings, training, Company lunches, and events.
• Performs administrative duties supporting the Learning and Development and/or the Talent Acquisition teams:
• Learning and Development includes training coordination, training materials preparation, and course set-up/enrollment/reporting using a Learning Management System.
• Talent Acquisition includes recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Greets and tends to visitors and employees who visit the HR building.
• Coordinates and administers the employee milestone program, department safety topics, and other compliance tracking, reporting, and programs.
• Assists department in conducting a variety of human resources programs and procedures.
• Performs general administrative tasks, such as filing, calendar management, maintenance of company records, maintaining supplies, and backup for other HR Coordinators.
• Assists with various special projects and initiatives.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; some college coursework or associate degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience with HR focus, a plus.
• Intermediate to expert-level experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems preferred.
• Familiarity with using a Learning Management System (LMS) or willingness to learn preferred.
• Clean DMV record.

• Ability to cross-train with other HR and/or Payroll Coordinators.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
