As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping to maintain room bookings and supporting the Sales and Catering Team. Responsibilities

• Perform catering sales responsibilities, including drawing contracts, providing estimates, and reporting

• Receive guests at the start of functions and answer any incoming calls

• Maintain sales systems and master BEO binder

• Create, complete, and update banquet event orders and maintainevent manager spreadsheet weekly

• Print group rosters for event managers and create menu cards and buffet food labels as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 Years of hotel experience or catering is a plus

• Previous experience in a sales and catering department is a plus

• Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Caterease a plus

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail
