The Special Events Helper is seasonal full time position that will attend special and sponsored Company events, towing trailers, changing kegs, and performing general customer service activities.

Essential Functions:
Business
· As assigned, delivers customer-purchased products and trailers to assigned locations.
· When required, remains onsite at special events, for the purpose of servicing the trailer (changing kegs, etc.) and providing outstanding customer service.
· Picks up event trailers as assigned, safely returning them to the main facility.
· Ensures that event trailers and equipment are prepared for upcoming events and cleaned after use.
· Ensures all safety policies and other Company policies and procedures are adhered to all times
· Clean beer lines weekly when regularly in use
· Perform basic maintenance activities as required (blowing out compressors, ensuring adequate tire pressure, etc.)
People
· Communicates with customers and co-workers as needed to ensure superior customer service.
· Communicates all problems or issues to immediate supervisor without delay.
· Reports and resolves all customer service issues both internal and external in a timely manner.
· Responsible for the communication and documentation of all accident, incidents, and injuries which occur in the special events/delivery function.
Self-Organization
· Demonstrates the ability to evaluate and solve problems independently.
· Able to complete tasks in the committed timeframe.
· Able to adapt to changes and demonstrate the flexibility to overcome obstacles.
Work Shift Requirements:
· Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
· Must speak to supervisorto notify him/her any time prior to the beginning of work shift when calling in sick. Voice mail or e-mail messages are not acceptable replacements.
· Required to wear company-issued apparel and safety personal protective equipment.
· Use and maintain company-issued equipment properly and responsibly.
Must maintain a valid NYS Driver License (class D at minimum)
Environment & Physical Demands
· Work safely and follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures.
· Notify Safety Officer, Supervisor and Human Resources immediately for all on-the-job accidents or injuries.
· Exposure to rain, snow, extreme hot or cold.
· Ability to lift, push, pull up to 165lbs. with/without assistance.
· Ability to drive, sit, stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, reach, balance, grasp.
