Daxen Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative (Spanish Required) Job at Walnut, CA Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Provide customer service to customers assisting with product ordering, and customer inquiries
 Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
 Provide pricing and delivery information
 Receive customers unresolved issue and forward to the respective department
 Keeping detail records of inquiries, complaints, comments and feedback for resolution
 Daily staff reconciliation including payment received
 Assist with marketing events locally
 Other duties as assigned

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. maintain own office equipment and stationery supplies
2. keeping office area neat and tidy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
