David Stiff Photography is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a telephone sales specialist.

This permanent, remote position reports directly to the CEO and can be performed from the comfort of home. This is a part-time, hourly role plus commission, providing the opportunity for full time pay when goals are met. Your focus is to build relationships with our clients and their families over the phone, expertly recognize customer needs, all while providing the highest level of customer service over the phone.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Selling the portrait session experience unique to David Stiff Photography, specializing in family portraits featuring canine furbabies!
• Managing and scheduling appointments for photography sessions
• Following up on warm leads and building a rapport with customers who have already expressed interest in our services via social media and want to tell us about their dogs.
• Going above and beyond to provide 5-star customer service experience on every phone call
• Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity.
• Achieving daily and weekly targeted goals and KPIs (key performance indicators)

You’ll succeed in this role if you possess these qualifications:

• 2+ years in a call center role
• A background in sales. While there is NO COLD CALLING, cold call experience will be helpful, as you’ll follow up with warm leads and sell our portrait session experience.
• Moderate keyboarding and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Clear speaking voice
• Willingness to incorporate feedback to progressively improve performance

The following technical requirements must be met for this role:

• A noise canceling headset
• A fast, reliable internet connection that can support VOIP calls.
• Access to your own computer with a Windows operating system.
