We are looking for a highly motivated customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will be responsible for making outbound calls to schedule appoints for the insurance agents to meet with the policy holders. The qualities we are looking for in a CSR are patience, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Organization and attention to detail are a must.
