Position Purpose:
With guidance from client experience leadership and in partnership with staff and faculty colleagues, coordinates operational and administrative processes and systems for in-person, virtual, and hybrid executive education programs.

Alongside its outstanding MBA program, Tuck offers a correspondingly distinctive portfolio of business education programs for rising and experienced executives. As the operations coordinator for Tuck Executive Education (TEE), you will provide essential logistical, administrative, and client service support, ensuring that programs operate well and that the business leaders participating in our programs have a transformative learning experience.

2. Program Planning and Evaluation: Partners with the TEE program experience team and program faculty to plan for in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid program offerings. In partnership with TEE staff and faculty, applies program knowledge and logistical planning experience to achieve operational priorities and program experience standards. Creates program evaluation surveys and reports used by faculty and staff colleagues to measure progress. Maintains a departmental master calendar and participates actively in the long-term planning process with Tuck and Dartmouth colleagues. Updates priorities with direction from the director of client experience.

3. Client Service: Supports the registration and enrollment process by monitoring and managing TEE departmental email, answering participant questions about travel, logistics, and other program preparation in a professional and timely manner, by email and phone. Triages questions and refers to colleagues for further information and guidance as appropriate.

4. Team Collaboration: Collaborates with executive education and other Tuck offices and colleagues to organize, manage, and complete shared projects and assignments, particularly with Tuck Finance and IT in the procurement of supplies and equipment, Events & Facilities and IT in the scheduling and set-up of classrooms and other program spaces, and Tuck Dining for catering arrangements. Researches, proposes, applies, and shares knowledge of program delivery trends and innovations, particularly in the effective use of learning management, participant engagement, and communications tools to enhance the participant experience.
