Summary
Support GMA Oncology to drive strategic and operational priorities of the function. Establish framework and global processes to ensure that related deliverables are executed in a timely, appropriate and cost-effective manner. Lead global process development including GSOP’s initiative and optimization across functions and geographies in partnership with relevant functions with an initial focus on policies/procedures, brand planning and Alliance management. Develop and drive global process adoption strategy. Proactively identify and address global process risk. Work with and manage relationships with key stakeholders throughout DS, DSI, DSE and ASCA regarding areas of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Mobilize influential associates that help the organization adapt to new ways of working by acting as a catalyst for change, communication and training activities across the relevant functions and geographies
Drive the strategy for the organization to adopt new and/or enhanced global medical affairs processes in associate’s daily work
Help transform the organization in a step-by-step manner by ensuring associates understand the change, accept the change and support them through the change
Drive and support global process adoption strategy, adoption network development, and training management
