D Baker Construction Hiring for General Laborer Job at Annandale, NJ Full Time

The Company:
Family owned and operated construction company serving the central and northern New Jersey area. We have a great reputation for quality and over 40 years of experience. We pride ourselves on having a team of qualified people to handle our existing and ever-growing customer base.

Responsibilities:

• We expect you to be able to perform a wide array of general labor tasks, such as hand excavation, assisting equipment operators, concrete installation, concrete form and rebar installation
• We expect you to have strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
• We expect you to load and unload materials

• We expect you to set up markers, cones, and barricades

• Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training
• If you have minimal experience and are a motivated individual we will train you
• Must have valid ID, their own transportation to and from job site

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year industry experience on a construction site
• Familiarity with hand tools
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Safety OSHA Certification is a plus

• CDL is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
