Cyprus Academy, in Burnsville, MN is a small, ability-based private school for gifted Pre-K-8 students. Students are able to learn at their individual level and pace with other students who are of a similar age and level.

This Position

Cyprus Academy is seeking a full-time early elementary specialist (K-3) who understands that children learn at differing paces and is ready to meet the varying needs of high-achieving young students.

The schedule at Cyprus Classical Academy consists of 8 class periods as well as a snack, lunch, and recess period. This allows us to customize education for all of our students. In this position, you will be assigned a routine daily schedule working 1-1 with specific students and/or teaching or co-teaching small ability-based classes in various subjects using an effective and well-rounded curriculum with specific learning goals.

You will also become part of a strong and supportive community of parents, teachers, and administrative staff. The class sizes are small and will allow you to provide individualized attention to each of your students.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
