Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the base technology supporting our EAP business. Responsible for leading/managing all aspects of delivery including planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. Provide oversight for production implementations, manage and facilitate implementation workgroups as needed. Manage key vendor relationship, including holding vendor accountable for delivery, defining capability roadmaps, managing contractual obligations and defining new contracts. Support the business by recommending appropriate solutions, actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Ensure the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative with business partners including operations, IT and external vendors. Serve as point of contact for operations, managing communications about platform health, workarounds, and priorities.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 100,000
Maximum: 227,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in management of production systems and complex projects / programs. Demonstrated experience managing external vendor relationships. Strong communication skills, including executive communications. Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction, prioritizing, and influencing change. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Supervisory experience. Experience in SAFe Agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
Health insurance / Employee Assistance Program industry experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
