ABOUT THE JOB: The Customer Relationship Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. The role is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing business relationships with potential customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a client base of customers for the commercial reroof and service divisions
• Develop new and manage existing accounts in customer base
• Manage and develop bid account customers, identifying new opportunities for bid work
• Manage the entire bid process including the preparation and submission of high value, competitive bids and proposals contributing to Guy Roofing’s success through increased wins
• Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
• Arrange meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer base.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings according to company standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team.
• Respond to telephone and electronic communications.
• Perform word processing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scanning, and other administrative duties.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
• A proven track record of strong client relationships
• Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Power Point), and computer hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Track record of over-achieving quota Strong B2B experience to include good listening skills
