Reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition, we are looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing talent team. As our Coordinator, you will partner closely with the recruiting team, candidates, and internal partners to support hiring and onboarding across corporate and call center.
The right candidate is someone who thrives in a start-up, dynamic environment and is eager to launch (or continue) their talent acquisition career. We are looking for someone who loves being in the details to make sure that nothing falls through the crack and someone who has great follow-up to ensure that tasks are completed across the onboarding teams.
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.
What You’ll Do:
- Provides day-to-day administrative and recruitment support for the corporate and call center recruitment team
- Manage and coordinate interview scheduling for corporate and technology roles
- Manage and follow-up with candidates on offer letter and/or background check processing
- Review new hire packets and follow-up on any missing information or documentation
- Work with cross-functional internal teams with the pre-onboarding tasks and milestones
- As needed, partner with recruiters to help source and recruit for entry-level, overflow roles within the call center and operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who has an Associate’s degree or above
- At least one year of experience within a professional environment, including internships
- Strong interest in a career in Recruiting
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Exhibits a high sense-of-urgency and tenacity
- Innately curious and enjoys learning new skills, tasks, and systems/tools
- Tech-savvy and always looking for ways to make processes more efficient
- Comfortable and confident in partnering with others on the team and throughout the company
