Compliance· Providing reports to store managers on Sexual Harassment Prevention training and I-9 completion.· Managing required legal postings.· Researching labor laws.· Assisting with creating HR policies.· Managing COVID-19 communications.

Excellent MS Excel skills required.· Exceptional people skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.· Ability to operate with discretion, integrity, and respect, especially when working on sensitive issues or confidential information.· Ability to multi-task.· Outstanding follow-through, self-direction and motivation with a strong sense of urgency.· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, added plus if it’s in an HR-related major.· SHRM-CP, or equivalent, credential preferred.
