Description
Our client is looking for a Coordinator, Project Development to be responsible for assisting with all aspects of design, facilities, and project management under the direction of the project lead. Exceptional business communication and customer service skills (verbal and written) Excellent project management and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail Proficiency with AutoCad, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud suite (specifically Ability to work independently and complete projects within provide timelines Solution oriented, multi-task capable, and have demonstrated the ability to collaborate well with others in a fast Embraces and celebrates diverse people, thinking and styles Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority Successful completion of any required employment-related screenings (e.g. DOT Drug Testing, Fingerprinting, etc) Bachelor degree in interior design, architecture, construction management or affiliated equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional environment Experience in Hospitality design and environments including food and beverage spaces
The successful candidate will be proactive and will have outstanding listening skills, proven consultative skills, and the ability to handle information with sensitivity and confidentiality. Additional minimum qualifications include:

40 Hours a week, freelance opportunity, hybrid, 1-3 days a week, near the airport.
