Description
Our client, a multi-cloud data platform company, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their team while they conduct a large redesign of their website.
Coordinate schedules and resources to ensure web redesign project is delivered on-time and within defined scope
Work with project stakeholders, including external agencies, to ensure assignments and accountabilities are delivered on time
Use Project Management software to ensure that requirements for project deliverables are complete and assigned to appropriate team members
Attend daily project calls to coordinate teams and tasks, ensuring that assignments and timelines are clear for all team members
Escalate blockers and project issues with Project Owner
Develop detailed plans, monitor progress and create status reports
5+ years of digital project management experience, with specific experience overseeing large website redesign projects
Experience working with Jira, Trello, Smartsheet and Percolate/Seismic preferred
Expertise in Project Management methodologies, including Agile
This position will be 20 hours per week, fully remote, on an ongoing basis. Must be available to join morning meetings on PST, with occasional flexibility to join afternoon meetings as needed to accommodate team’s schedules.
