This position provides support in the research, planning, and administration of Cox’s lifestyle and wellbeing plans. The benefits analyst will provide excellent customer service, analytical, and technical support while ensuring legal compliance. The Benefits Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for the Cox health, wellness, and lifestyle benefit plans and deliver presentations to employees at all levels of the organization. This position reports to the Manager, Lifestyle Benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:
§ Support the lifestyle benefits and wellness plans and their associated vendors
§ Handle complex issues related to the plans, partner with various resources to resolve
§ Gather and use data to support recommendations and reporting for our plans and programs
§ Provide benchmarking data and complete employer surveys
§ Maintains multiple email boxes and escalate issues appropriately
§ Formulate procedural guides and toolkits for processes and programs
§ Assist fellow team members by partnering on various reporting, analysis, projects and campaigns
§ Support benefits projects (Open Enrollment, Workday Updates, Flu Clinics, Health Fairs, etc.)
§ Review and update marketing materials and employee communications
§ Develop and deliver plan presentations to employees at all levels of the organization
Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, health promotion or related field with emphasis on program evaluation with minimum of two years of experience administering and analyzing health and wellness programs, or equivalent experience
§ Ability to analyze data, create key takeaways and recommendations
§ Strong customer service focus and excellent oral/written communication skills
§ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
§ Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail
§ Ability to establish highly collaborative relationships within and outside of the organization
§ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
§ Experience using HR systems to administer benefits, preferably Workday
§ Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; preferred interest in delivering presentations
