CorroHealth Hiring for Application Support Analyst Job at Remote Full Time

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of issues within the CorroHealth product lines. They will receive customer requests and respond to questions arising from their use of the CorroHealth applications. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and documenting client issues and ensuring a timely resolution to customer request for assistance.

This role will require to be a part of an On-Call responsibility rotation to support our proprietary application.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor various proprietary applications related to the CorroHealth product offerings
• Troubleshooting application errors, thoroughly documenting steps to reproduce, researching possible causes, contributing factors and solutions.
• Participate in continuous learning, product roll-out sessions, and other internal training opportunities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL database concepts
• Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of networking concepts (VPN, HL7 and SFTP)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Strong decision making, analytical, and customer services skills.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of health care organizations and clinic work-flow

Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, incumbents are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, incumbent must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Incumbent may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
