On the Porch legal team, no two days will ever be the same as you help Porch achieve its strategic goals, manage legal risk, and preserve the legal and ethical integrity of the company. We focus on providing thorough analysis and offer legal advice to foster sound decision-making and ensuring compliance with legal and we’d love for you to lead the way for us, as a Corporate Paralegal, Legal Operations! This position can be remote, with a preference for local Seattle-based talent.
What You Will Do
The Corporate Paralegal, Legal Operations will be the organizational force of the Legal team, maintaining the Legal team’s processes, systems and tool and be responsible for ensuring that Porch’s business processes and transactions comply with all relevant internal and external rules and regulations (including laws, agreements, policies, and other guidelines). You will provide support to our Commercial Contracts, Product, HR, IT, M&A/Integration and Finance teams in legal & compliance matters. This role reports to the Director, Commercial Legal.
