Position: Manager of Administration Foster Care Case Management

Salary: $44,000 – $48,000 annually

(Starting salary depends on education, licensure, and years of experience)

Job Type: Full Time Salaried Exempt

Purpose:

Responsible for the coordination of program administrative/business activities. To oversee functioning of the Cornerstones of Care Resource and Service Provider Network, including credentialing, technical assistance, and billing activities. To provide technical assistance to others in computer applications serving the department. To supervise and direct the work of the Foster Care Case Management Assistants.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provides training and technical assistance to the Foster Care Case Management team.
• Provides supervision to Foster Care Case Management Assistants.
• Ensures accurate and timely updates of electronic system by routinely reviewing client files and/or running reports, providing findings to team members, and verifying needed updates are completed.
• Other duties as required/assigned by the management and leadership team.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Knowledge of computer skills and Word software processes and data entry as well as
• Knowledge of specialized computer programs including FACES, Avatar, and CSWIS.
• Knowledge of Cornerstones and Children’s Division policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Cornerstones contracts with external providers.

Minimum Requirements

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree

Other minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a human service or business field and 2 years of experience in administrative or child welfare areas.

Preferred: Master’s degree in a human service or business field. Proven customer service experience. Supervisory experience.

Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years
