Job Title: Auto Collections Representative

Pay: $15.00 **bonus incentives once you are hired on**

Start Date: 2/08/2023

Location: On site role in Winterville, NC

Schedule: The ideal candidate is available for an 8 hr shift between the hours listed below

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am to 9:00pm

Friday: 8:00am to 8:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am to 9:00pm

Sunday: 12:00pm to 9:00pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidatehas 1+ years of recent customer service experience
• GOOD Job Stability (no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years)
• Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay
• Document all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures
