The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual to join our administrative team as the Chair’s Assistant for the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. This role offers an incredible opportunity to contribute to the success of our department and play an essential role in the efficient operation of our academic and administrative activities. The Department, part of both the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the College of Arts and Sciences, has a very active teaching and research mission with 28 faculty, and 70 graduate students.
As the Chair’s Assistant, you will be a key member of our administrative staff, supporting the Department Chair, Administrative Manager, Facilities Manager, and HR team as needed. Your key responsibilities will include:
