Description:
Processes contract applications by reviewing contract forms to ensure they are complete, and they follow compliance with State Insurance Departments
Builds contracts on the appropriate systems to support the desired commission structure of our clients.
NAIC state producer database reports) as required the company and the respective State Insurance departments.
Approves or recommends declining the producer based on information in the matrix. Works with Producer Review area to review recommendations to decline producers and to receive final approval to decline a producer.
Completes producer contracting and appointments in a date sensitive manner to ensure compliance in the acceptance and processing of new business submitted by a producer.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1 – 2 years of Financial Services or Insurance Experience (Processing or CSR will work)
Previous experience working with contracts preferred
Must have the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work in a high pressure, time intensive, work environment.
