JOB SUMMARY
Provides centralized pre-award and post award contract administrative support to the appropriate Business Unit (BU). Acts as single point of contact within the Procurement Operations group to manage workspace creation, DOA approval, final contract execution and ongoing administrative support for the agreement going forward. Necessitates understanding of Ariba Contracts application, contracting methods and contract types to maintain and manage agreements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Manages the contract lifecycle process
Acts as the contact person and subject matter expert for Charter’s centralized contract management solution
Assists BU personnel with creation of contract executive summary
Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements
Creates contract workspace within Ariba Contracts, and performs up front review in alignment with standard procurement and contracting practices
Provides ongoing contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements with both internal personnel and external stakeholders
Works closely with Procurement personnel, Legal, Finance and Business Units to track, maintain and manage agreements
Acts as procurement resource for company processes and procedures
Creates, negotiates and incorporates contract amendments, renegotiating the contract, if required, to accommodate scope changes
Exhibits deep culture of customer service excellence within the team
Performs other duties as requested by supervisor

Working knowledge of legal terms and their application

Proficiency in Windows suite of office tools
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The pay for this position has a salary range of $59,300.00 to $94,700.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
