Qualifications: 1-2 yrs of Experience. Excellent verbal and written communications. Intermediate level computer skills. Intermediate typing skills and 10-key skills. 1-2 years of previous contract administration experience.
Responsibilities: Verify 6000-7000 jobs a month for accuracy in addition to revisions, rebooks, closeouts and cancellations. Receive source documents via email, fax, overnight, WebPages and project coordinators. Review documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with sales guidelines. Perform necessary steps in order to ensure correct input into the ADMIN system. Maintain files containing Master Agreement & National Director approvals for specific customer guidelines. Interact with Regional & National Sales Directors to obtain special approvals on orders not meeting established guidelines. Enter primary customer information into Saleslogix to assist the Saleslogix team during peak times. Assist the Cash department in the application of checks, and the research of order entry issues as needed.
