About the Role
The Period Positivity Contract team’s purpose is to support and manage the full service offering of Sanitary Pad and Tampon services supplied to all Victorian Government Schools and independent customers. Your role will primarily be responsible to lead and manage the end to end services, processes and reporting to support the customer and to ensure that all aspects of the contract are fulfilled.
Reporting to the General Manager Customer Experience, you will work closely with the broader B2B Business in particular Sales, Marketing and Customer Support Teams to provide seamless experience and identify growth opportunities in this growing segment.
Managing a small team, you will drive improved productivity and efficiencies across the VIC Government and Period Positivity Program contracts through system and process improvement.

A typical day is packed with variety and autonomy to include:
Drive and lead the delivery of Period Positivity contracts in particular the Free Sanitary pads and tampons initiative in VIC Government schools and independent customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships with key external stakeholders (DET, School Business Managers and/or Principals)
Ensure compliance is met by third party contractors in line with customer policies.
First point of escalation for the customer experience team and Department of Education & Training.
Partner with Marketing to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive growth in the category
Improve productivity and drive efficiencies across the VIC Government and Period Positivity Program contracts through system and process improvement.
Lead the implementation & on-boarding of new customers to ensure that there is visibility of progress made from installation to ordering. Also ensure that customer setup supports downstream actives/reporting.
Establish and maintain a culture that is customer centric, accountable and continuous improvement focused
Provide effective leadership that drives high customer and employee engagement
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and results-driven person ready to step into the role of Contract Manager. You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following;
Min 3 years experience in a similar type of role managing complex contracts from an operational perspective
Can think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem solve and prioritise.
Experience in managing broad range of stakeholders where you have developed good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to quickly learn new technology, products or processes.
Detail oriented with great analytical skills and are highly organised.
