We are looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you will provide support to Legal Services by analyzing and facilitating the workflow process for existing contracts within the contract management software. You will maintain the programs and databases that are used, generate pre-configured reports, configure new impromptu reports based on specific department requests, and schedule department reports as needed. Additional this person will be ensuring executed agreements are processed consistently and accurately in accordance with the organization’s guidelines.

In your role, you will:
Provides a high level of customer service to all departments within the organization to facilitate an efficient and streamlined contract process.
Maintain data integrity in existing Contract Administration database(s) throughout contract lifecycles.
Review documents for upload to Contract Administration database(s) for accuracy and ensures all necessary exhibits and attachments are present.
Facilitate the workflow process for review and approval of contracts submitted to Contract Administration’s contract management software.
Monitor Contract Administration email box and responds accordingly to inquiries, including providing clarification of contract and operational requirements.
Participate in the continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities of the department to improve the efficiency of existing processes. Qualifications:
