System One has partnered with a large multi-state entity in the Tulsa area who is seeking a Contract Analyst to join their team on a contract basis for a period of 6-12 months. This organization is offering a hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office and 3 at home or off site. This individual will need to have previous contract analyst experience. Individuals will need to have high attention to detail, financial awareness and a demonstrated ability and background in experience to evaluate, research, and execute agreements. Responsibilities:
Prepares, analyzes, negotiates, and communications information from complex legal documents
Utilize discretion and judgement researching and interpreting legal documents to ensure compliance and contract terms and state and federal regulations
Ensure compliance with all company standards, tariffs, policies, and procedures including meeting insurance requirements to satisfy company risk management matrix
Negotiate contract terms and provisions as required
Utilize contract administration software in daily work, maintain computer database and imaging systems for agreements
Utilize independent decision making to recommend system improvements as needed
Provide information, guidance, and assistance to customers, attorneys, company and contract personnel relative to rights, ownership, and leas payments
Compile and analyze reports to management, attorneys, and other company personnel
Prepare and maintain all approvals, waivers, vendor information including certificates of insurance and prequalification documents, and other legal documents
Qualifications:
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
Formal education to include a combination of courses such as math, accounting, lease records, real estate, principles and practices, division orders, or right of way.
Experience and thorough working knowledge of complex contracts involving information technology and industry and governmental regulations
Experience with application of basic math and algebraic formulas used in various spreadsheet applications
Knowledge and experience of recording requirements of legal documents
Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including computers, contract management, database and imaging systems, and spreadsheet an word processing software
Minimum of Bachelors in Business, or related field required
