Holt Construction, Inc. is seeking a full time contract administrator with construction based knowledge.

• Creating Prime Contracts and Sub Contracts
• Collecting warranties and lien releases from vendors.
• Check insurance requirements from vendors.
• Keeping physical and digital financial records organized.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Any QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Starting pay depends on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
