Our client in Menomonee Falls, a manufacturing company that’s been growing over 50+ years, is looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position is an excellent fit for candidates that have manufacturing/production experience and will be responsible for responding to customer calls/emails regarding orders, availability and pricing.
Pay – up to $22hr (depending on experience)
Hours – 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, and leave by 2:30pm on Friday
Client industry – Manufacturing
Must have – Manufacturing/production industry experience, customer service, and accurate data entry
Job duties
- Customer service via email/phone calls
- Accurate data entry
- Scheduling
- Resolve issues with customer orders
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Collaborate with appropriate departments
