My client in Chicago (60645) is looking to interview and hire on a Compensation Analyst to join their team. This position is 3+ month contract, hybrid schedule with 2-3 days working onsite, and is interested in starting someone off ASAP. This role is paying up to $35hr depending on experience and is seeking candidates with an analytical background as a lot of this role will be responsible for a lot of market data analysis. This position will have a little bit of training and onboarding but needs self-starter candidates who are able to hit the ground running fairly quickly after starting.
Job Duties
- A lot of market data analysis
- Someone who knows excel – strong excel (pivot tables, vlookups, index matching, macros (nice to have)
- Knows job descriptions – just enough to get info from JD – ERI (market price resource) – market analysis
- Someone technical but also personable – to reach out and want to make sure they’re pleasant to work with
- Able to tell story with data
- Put together spreadsheet that will be shared with VP but No presentations – write ups will be needed
- Very fast paced – dedicate training and on-boarding but need self-starter
