Job Description:

We are a construction contractor in West Metro Atlanta, GA engaged in building commercial, tenant buildout, and other mixed-use projects. We are seeking an Administrative Professional for full-time employment. We are a small office that offers an excellent work environment with a great group of people, with a common bond of goals and teamwork, to work with.

• Administrative support to Accounting, Project Management and Field Management teams; including maintenance and upkeep of permits, keeping track of safety reports, and other required documentation
• Document Control including scanning, uploading, and data entry
• Maintain office supply and inventory
• Answer incoming calls and greeting visitors that come into the office
• Oversee our social media accounts
• Preparation for meetings and trainings and coordinating lunches
• Other duties or projects as assigned
• Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, highly dependable, and very much a team player with the willingness to help in any area when the need arises

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Office Administrative Support
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Possess excellent computer skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
• Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Prior construction experience is a plus
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Pay: $32,000.00 – $38,000.00 per year
