Conduct Curb, LLC Hiring for Preschool Teacher Job at Anderson, IN Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a preschool teacher to join our team! The preschool teacher will work under our Preschool Supervisor and oversee a small class of children ages 3-6 with mild behavioral concerns.

This position is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of curriculum that focuses on building social, emotional, and cognitive skills necessary for success in kindergarten.

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience teaching in a preschool classroom/setting.
• Must be able to plan and lead lesson plans.
• MUST BE CREATIVE!
• Prefer candidate with CDA certificate.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with parents both orally and written and provide consistently high-quality customer service.
• Must be able to supervise the overall function of a classroom and monitor the safety of children in their care.
• Must be able to organize activities that allow children to learn about their world and explore new interests.
• Must be able to collect data and keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interests.
• Must be able to develop and maintain professional, trustworthy relationships with the parents of the children in the program.
• Must be able to work collaboratively on a team.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
