Concord Coach Lines is currently seeking applicants for a full-time customer service/ticket agent in the Augusta, Maine terminal. Responsibilities include making all of our callers and travelers feel comfortable and appreciated, swiftly and correctly completing transactions with our Windows-based ticketing computers and maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the terminal, including clearing walkways of snow and ice.

New hires are thoroughly trained and can expect a very competitive hourly rate of up to $16.00 per hour to start. This position requires someone who works well alone and is independent, as well as the ability to work in a team environment when necessary. Terminal hours are 7:45 am – 5:00 pm, scheduling needs will be discussed in an interview – so apply today!
