As an Account Associate II, you will work directly with account managers to manage and administer complex and non-routine account portfolios. You will also provide technical guidance to less experienced Account Representatives, and delegate team assignments.

Gaining and maintaining trust of the client is something that will be vital for both internal and external relationships, as the person in this role is intended to be able to explain complex account information and becoming viewed as a trusted advisor. To be successful in this role, it will be necessary to have strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
You will also be responsible for meeting critical deadlines on various accounts, as well as, possessing the ability collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve and maintain client success.

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $40,000 – $60,000. This base pay range is specific to this location and may not be applicable to other locations.
