Job Title: Data Entry/Document Management Team (DMT) Member

Reports to: Manager

Summary: Position open for DMT Centralized at CPC

– Siloam Springs, Arkansas

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Data entry for hard copy and electronic documents for CPG.

– Convert and index Hard Copy Documents into EMR electronically.

– Index electronic faxes.

– Monitor and address urgent/timely electronic fax folders.

– Task electronic documents and electronic faxes.

– Miscellaneous Tasks as assigned by Document Management Coordinator.

Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or GED

– Self-Motivated.

– Able to focus on task and avoid outside distractions.

– With a drive to work until daily tasks are complete.

– Computer skills

Expectations

– Follow Strict Naming Convention within CPG Document Management

– Completions of indexing documents and electronic faxes by days end.

– Sharing and assisting other team members in work load throughout the day.

– Working in a facility that may or may not be the facility one is directly indexing for at any given time
