Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 11 states.
We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator in Nashville, TN to manage all local staff recruitment and hiring of support staff. The Recruiting Coordinator attracts talented staff to support our mission and help improve the lives of people with disabilities. You will be responsible for the full-lifecycle recruitment of support staff for assigned region(s). You will also work with management to support local program operations. This role ensures that interviewing and hiring procedures comply with state and federal laws regarding employment practices. You will also ensure staff are in compliance with state training requirements.
