The Community Colleges of Spokane is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Center Manager in the Head Start Department.
GENERAL DEFINITION
Under the guidance of the Operational Services Manager, the Center Manager is responsible for the Head Start/Early Head Start program operations at assigned locations, ensuring the program’s mission to provide comprehensive early childhood, social, and health services to eligible children and families. This position is accountable for compliance with federal laws and regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, Washington State Law, policies and guidelines from the federally mandated parent Policy Council, and policies/procedures established by the Community Colleges of Spokane.

TOTAL COMPENSATION WITH BENEFITS: $83,837 – $93,337.
Total compensation is an estimate based upon adding the following amounts together:
The actual total will vary depending upon each employee’s enrollment choices.Person hired must be able to provide acceptable documentation of U.S. Citizenship or lawful authorization to work in the United States.
