Commercial Employees Hiring for Picker/Packer – Latrobe, PA Weekly Pay Job at Latrobe, PA Full Time

Commercial Employees is looking for Daylight picker / packers to fill production worker positions in Latrobe, PA with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour that is paid weekly plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. No prior experience is required, as our client will train you in a temporary to hire position.

Production Worker Requirements:

• Must be able to stand on feet for shift.
• Must be able to 50 lbs.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Basic math skills and ability to read an analog clock.
• No experience required.

Production Worker Duties:

• Perform careful visual inspections to assure product quality.
• Package product as directed; label and prepare product to customer standards.
• Understand and operate all equipment in the workstation.
• Stand and walk for an extended period.
• Follow procedures for proper startup and shutdown of equipment.

Production Worker Pay and Benefits:

• Pay rate of $16.50 per hour paid weekly.
• Work a 2-2-3 rotating schedule for a total of 14 days a month.
• 12-hour shifts, 7 am – 7pm
• Overtime available.
