• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily including but not limited to the following
  • Review Contracts for Accuracy
  • Prepare submittals, including any elevations, and send to client
  • Update any approved submittal information
  • Review job schedule and purchase product according to requested delivery dates
  • Create and manage change orders according to customer requests

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Previous commercial door & hardware experience
  • Ability to use estimating software (Comsense)
  • Very detail oriented, organized, great with math, and self-driven
  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications and other supporting documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
