Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Design, Develop, and test PowerShell scripts, expert in building web apps and services with .NET and C#
• Maintain and enhance the performance of existing PowerShell scripts
• Manage the Microsoft Azure cloud environment and Azure Blob storage. It includes provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security
• Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region solutions within Azure
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 mobile applications and administration
• Having hands on experience with Imaging the device, Wipe, Install, configure, and test devices, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Very good knowledge of managing multiple languages, installation and configurations, and OS/OEMs drivers in a device
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Autopilot, Endpoint manager, Windows Autopatch, and Windows Defender
• Familiar with OOBE, Intune ESP, Microsoft Store, and Company Portal
• Knowledge of current technology and trends, solid knowledge of SDLC and agile techniques, experience with documenting processes and procedures as needed
• Working experience with Azure API Management, Hyper-V, and Virtual Machine environments
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support teams
• Provide support for customer ad-hoc requests.

Desirable skills:

• PowerShell
• C#
• OS software development/Debugging/creation experience
• Windows Systems knowledge such as file system, networking, power/performance, etc.
• Ability to diagnose, debug, and trouble shoot basic Windows Systems
• Ability to debug through kernel and user mode systems, understanding crash analysis and performance analysis
• Can read and understand system level Windows code

Desirable Technical Skills:

• Understanding of Enterprise Management features on Windows (SCCM, MDM, Group Policy)

• 7+ years
