Summary
The IT Service & Systems Administrator performs general IT help desk and troubleshooting assistance for employees, work with third party IT service provider to manage and maintain the network and systems, manage the company’s ERP system and support its users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
1. Work with third party IT service company to ensure all end users’ needs are
adequately address in a timely manner.
2. Assist and trouble shoot end users for company’s ERP system.
3. Help Desk and Troubleshooting assistance for employees via email, phone, in
person, and remote access. Examples of these duties include, but not limited to:
4. Manage the phone system
5. Managing printers
6. Managing IT related inventory such as laptops, monitors, peripherals, phones,
cables, etc.
7. Manage and maintain security systems (camera and card access)
8. Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
9. Train new and existing end users on programs, systems, cyber security, and
best practices
10. Working knowledge of networking, firewalls, switching, and routing
11. Various Project work
12. File and maintain clerical records and reports
13. Comply with all quality, safety and sanitation regulations
14. Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
2 Year Associate Degree with 5 years (or more) relevant experience
4 Year Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years (or more) relevant experience
