Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Generalist performs a wide variety of duties related to Employee and Labor Relations, Organizational Development, and HR Operations. The incumbent participates in and resolves employee relations issues, supports training and development efforts and manages the employee on- and off-boarding life cycle.
