CCDP is looking for a qualified Human Resources Coordinator. We are looking for someone with motivation, drive, passion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The open position is full-time and 37.5 hours per week for 52 weeks. The hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The position includes a retirement plan, health insurance, and generous paid time off. Considerations may be made to salary for candidates with greater experience.
What you’ll do:
· Responsible for overseeing the hiring process.
· Follow local, federal, state and program regulatory requirements and procedures.
· Establish and update HR policies and procedures.
· Maintain updated personnel information.
· Assist with benefits enrollment.
· Assist supervisors with staff performance management.
· May assist with processing payroll.
What we’re looking for:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field OR have an Associate’s Degree and two years’ experience in personnel management or human resources.
· Possess a strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits, administration, and HR functions.
· Experience with HRIS (Paylocity) and payroll systems a plus.
