Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the production of print jobs from the time the sales account executive sells it through distribution to the customer. Coordinate communication between the customer, manufacturing and sales. Assess and understand customer needs and expectations. Document, follow up and support customer profiles, jobs and quote requests. Review proofs, attend to customer concerns, notify customer of job changes and provide feedback timely. Negotiate production schedules as needed and inform sales of job status. Coordinate and/or source outside vendor activities.

Skills: Commercial print experience preferred. Proficient with MS Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with an ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales and manufacturing personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $31.25 per hour
