Description:
The Administrative Specialist – HR performs a wide range of administrative support functions for the HR Department. Responsibilities include providing support in recruiting activities, onboarding staff, and following up with staff’s request or questions as needed. They will be responsible for maintaining employee records and provide other administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. Proficiency with using technology including MS Office products and using cloud-based software is required. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communications including written and spoken and is solutions oriented and innovative. Must be customer service oriented.

. Requirements:
High School Diploma with 2 or more years of experience in an administrative support role.
AA degree in Human Resources, Business administration or another related field is preferred.
