Club Pilates Newburyport Hiring for Front Desk Associate Job at Newburyport, MA Full Time

Do you have a passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing? This is a perfect position for those looking to start their journey in the fitness world!

We are seeking an individual with a warm and welcoming demeanor. The purpose of the Front Desk Associate is to assist the management staff with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio. You will also assist with retaining current members, selling retail product, maintaining the cleanliness of the studio, manning the front desk, answering phone, email & text communications and any other duties assigned. Ideal candidate will have confident, outgoing & friendly personality comfortable with public speaking. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required. Specific days and times that are needed are Monday 1:30-5:30 pm, Friday 6-11 am, weekend rotations 7:15 am-12:30 pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Follow up with existing clients and prospective members as needed
• Maintain accurate records using established protocols
• Sales, communication, and customer service skills or willingness to learn
• Respond to email, face to face and telephone inquiries
• Maintain accurate records using established protocols
• Must have proficient computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting prospective member’s needs and wants
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments
• Other duties as assigned
