Summary | Responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruitment and hiring cycle, ensuring Close Up attracts, retains, and motivates a high-performing, diverse workforce. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will thrive in a fast-paced non-profit environment where recruitment and communication strategies must be aligned with a broad range of departmental needs.
Each year, this position will be responsible for recruiting a large cohort of entry-level recent college graduates who will serve as mentors and teachers to middle and high school students from across the country. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be expected to develop strong relationships with colleges and universities, and network with educational organizations and institutions. A demonstrated interest in education and experience with entry level recruiting is preferred.
