The hospital HR Director will work alongside an operations specialist, dedicated recruiters, and a staffing coordinator. Together you will work on talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and payroll. This role focuses heavily on employee relations, so the ideal candidate needs to be well equipped with strong communication and conflict management skills.

The Director of Human Resources should have at least 5 years progressive Human Resource experience, preferably in Human Resource Operations or Employee Relations, as well as Human Resource leadership experience such as managing and/or implementing large scale or complex projects. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with working in the healthcare industry or a related sector.
