Virtual Customer Service Representative (Remote) CSR
This is a remote position – you can work from your own home! There are career advancement opportunities – we are a company that strongly believes in promoting from within.
Duties and Requirements:
- Making outbound calls to provide and confirm information regarding scheduled services
- Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding our services
- The first line of contact presenting the value of our services and closing the sale
- Supporting the overall operations of the Contact Center
- Making sure customers are serviced quickly and accurately, to ensure first call resolution
- Must have adequate work from home conditions with dedicated workspace
- One year remote call center experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $33.20 – $36.22 per hour
